What do I do if I've forgotten my username?

If you have previously activated your account with an email address, you can contact us from the registered email address and we will be able to advise which accounts are registered.

If you haven't activated your account, you'll also need to contact us but provide us with part of the username that you remember.

Unfortunately, if you cannot remember part of your username and the account has not been activated, we will not be able to locate the account for you and would suggest creating a new one.
